The lake of Saint Appolinaire is a superb lake with a wonderful
view to the valley
After the bridge of Savines, turn right towards
Saint Appolinaire.
Behind the lake, you can see the peaks of
Chabrières.
You can get there by cable-car on the other
side
of the mountain (in Réallon) or by foot.

8 km from Savines and 1100 m above the sea, the abbey of Boscodon
will enable you to learn
both about a monument and an exciting
part of history.
It was built in 1142 by monks from the order
of Chalais, faithful to the rule of Saint Benoit and close to the
Cistercian strictness.

the tourist board about the dates.
